Scheduling Your Program

The steps to scheduling your program are:

  1. Complete the online intake form as soon as possible
  2. Discuss your program options with us
  3. Confirm your program at least two weeks in advance
  4. Sign contract and pay invoice two weeks in advance
  5. Follow up with final details two business days before
