Contract Process

• Complete the online intake form with all information.
• We will contact you within two business days to discuss your program.
• Once you have confirmed your program a contract will be completed.
• You will be provided three original contracts and an invoice within two business days of your confirmed program.
• Sign and return two signed original contracts along with payment and insurance documents (if applicable) at least two weeks before the start of your program.
• Update us of any new developments as they arise.
• We will contact you two business days before your program for final updates.
